ASPEE College of Nutrition and Community Science is a premier institute in Gujarat dedicated to Community Science education, research and extension. The college was established in November 17, 1981. Earlier it was known as ASPEE College of Nutritional Sciences, Home Science and Food Technology under Gujarat Agricultural University.

The nomenclature, ASPEE College of Nutrition and Community Science came into existence in 2021-22. The institution was set up with generous support from the ASPEE Foundation for Agriculture and Development, Mumbai, from which it derives its name.

Currently, the college offers a 4-year B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science, B.Sc. (Hons.) Food Nutrition and Dietetics, a 2-year M.Sc. Community Science and a 3-year Ph.D. It is accredited by ICAR, New Delhi. To date, the college has produced around 850 graduates, 135 postgraduates, and 11 doctoral scholars.

ASPEE College of Horticulture is a premier institute in Gujarat dedicated to horticulture education and research. Established in November 1988 at Navsari with the approval of the Government of Gujarat’s Krushi and Gram Vikas Vibhag, the college was originally named ASPEE College of Horticulture and Forestry. Its vision was to develop skilled human resources and advance research in both horticulture and forestry.

The institution was set up with generous support from the ASPEE Foundation for Agriculture and Development, Mumbai, from which it derives its name. In May 2022, the forestry faculty was separated to form an independent college. Subsequently, in January 2023, the institution was renamed as ASPEE College of Horticulture.

The college offers a 4-year B.Sc. (Hons.) in Horticulture, a 2-year M.Sc., and a 3-year Ph.D. programme. It is accredited by ICAR, New Delhi. To date, the college has produced over 954 graduates, 661 postgraduates, and 151 doctoral scholars.

ASPEE Agribusiness Management Institute (AABMI) was established in 2007 in collaboration with Navsari Agricultural University, Gujarat, in response to growing opportunities for skilled agribusiness professionals. The institute offers a 2-year full-time MBA (Agribusiness Management) since inception, a 3-year full-time Ph.D. programme since 2017, and a unique 6-month hybrid PG Certificate Course in FPO since 2024.

AABMI is accredited by ICAR, New Delhi and since 2021 has been designated as a Nodal Training Institute under the Agri-Clinics and Agribusiness Centres(AC&ABC) Scheme by MANAGE, Hyderabad. It also serves as the Implementing Institute for the SSIP 2.0 initiative of the Government of Gujarat.

To date, over 350 MBA, 7 Ph.D., and 27 PGCFPO students have graduated. The institute is steadily emerging as a preferred destination for quality agribusiness management education.

Located within Lokbharati University for Rural Innovation (LURI), the ASPEE SHAKILAM School of Agricultural Studies is a key institution dedicated to nurturing future agripreneurs. It blends traditional agricultural wisdom with modern scientific practices, preparing students to become innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders in agriculture.

The school building, generously sponsored by ASPEE (American Spring & Pressing Works Pvt. Ltd.), reflects strong industry-academia collaboration. It provides a conducive environment for over 100 students to study Agronomy, Horticulture, Farm Machinery, Soil Science, and sustainable farming through both classroom learning and hands-on fieldwork.

Dedicated faculty spaces promote research, innovation, and close engagement with local farming communities, enriching learning with real-world insights.More than an academic institution, the school symbolizes a deep commitment to rural development—empowering students with knowledge, values, and entrepreneurial spirit to strengthen agriculture and transform rural livelihoods sustainably.

ASPEE Shakilam Agricultural Biotechnology Institute (ASBI), located at Surat, Gujarat, and a constituent of Navsari Agricultural University, was established in 2012 with support from the Agriculture and Cooperation Department, Government of Gujarat. In 2014, it received a 5 crore donation from the ASPEE Shakilam Foundation and was subsequently renamed in 2015.

Since inception, ASBI has produced 335 B.Tech. (Biotechnology) graduates. Of these, 105 pursued higher education, including 25 at premier institutions such as Indian Institutes of Technology and National Institutes of Technology, and 12 abroad. Additionally, 79 graduates secured employment, including 15 in government roles, while 15 became entrepreneurs.

The institute has established dedicated cells for entrepreneurship and higher education and currently runs key academic and research initiatives, including a Centre of Excellence in Nanobiotechnology, reflecting its strong focus on innovation and skill development.

The ASPEE College of Agriculture, Khapat (Porbandar), was sanctioned by the Department of Agriculture, Government of Gujarat, in 2016. The college began with an intake capacity of 30 students, which was later increased to 44 and currently stands at 77 for the undergraduate programme.

Affiliated with Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh, the college is situated on a lush 15.81-hectare campus. It offers excellent opportunities for agricultural education leading to the B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture degree in various disciplines.

The college provides quality education with all necessary amenities. A dedicated team of faculty members strives to impart sound academic and practical knowledge to students. ASPEE Foundation has also provided a 58-seater bus for educational exposure visits and field tours.

Established in 1979–80 by Late Shri Lallubhai M. Patel, a visionary and strong supporter of rural girls’ education, Aspee Kanya Vidhyalaya began with 299 students under the guidance of the Aspee Charitable Trust, along with his sons, Late Sharadbhai and Kiranbhai.

Initially a secondary school, it expanded in 1992 under Principal Jayshreeben A. Desai to include primary education from Nursery to Std. VIII. In 2000, higher secondary streams in Arts, Science, and Commerce were introduced.

With growing enrolment, the Trust and Shakilam Foundation supported a modern campus in 2021. Today, the institution serves 1300 students and is recognized as the best school in Navsari district, consistently ranked No. 1 by Education World since 2020.

Aspee started the Aspee Vidyalay School in Marathi Medium in 1982 for Primary to SSC students at Uchat Village. At that time Uchat village had no school and children were going very far for studying.

Hence ASPEE thought of starting a school in Uchat village to cater to 22-25 surrounding villages. Along with the school, Aspee also helped Uchat Shikshan Sanstha meeting Hall where school programs can be held.

Aspee Children’s Academy, Uchat, Taluka Wada, Dist. Palghar, Maharashtra, is a State Board English Medium school committed to providing quality education to tribal and economically disadvantaged children from remote areas.

The Sharad Patel Skill Development Center was envisioned by Late Dr. Sharad L. Patel, Managing Director, ASPEE Group, who believed education must lead to self-reliance and employment.

Supported by ASPEE Group, the Rotary Club of Bombay North West, and other donors, the center is located at the Aspee Children’s Academy campus in Uchat.

It is specially designed for rural youth who are unable to pursue college education, enabling them to acquire practical skills and earn a sustainable livelihood. Current courses include Nursing – General Duty Assistant (GDA) and Digital Mitra (Computer Basics & DTP). Future plans include over 20 job-oriented trades aligned with nearby industrial opportunities. The center also offers hostel facilities, making skill-based education accessible to students from distant villages.

L. M. Patel Rotary Eye Hospital is a charitable tertiary eye care center established in 2003, located on S. V. Road, Malad West, Mumbai. Spread across 6,600 sq. ft.over three floors and just a five-minute walk from Malad railway station, the hospital offers comprehensive eye care services through its General OPD, laboratory, and specialty clinics including Retina, Glaucoma, Cornea, Oculoplasty, Squint, and Pediatric Ophthalmology. It is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities such as A-scan, OCT, perimetry, and retinal and YAG lasers, along with a modern Operation Theatre and a 10-bed IPD.

Managed by a team of 13 ophthalmologists and anesthetists, the hospital is supported by high-end technology, including Alcon Phaco machines and Zeiss microscopes. It regularly conducts free outreach eye check-up camps, reflecting its commitment to community service. As a charitable institution, the hospital is dedicated to delivering high-quality, accessible, and equitable eye care to all sections of society, guided by its mission of excellence in vision care.

Shri M. D. Shah Mahila College was established in 1968 by Late Shri Lallubhai M. Patel of the ASPEE Group in memory of his friend, Late Shri Mohanlal Dharamsi Shah, with a deep commitment to girls’ education. Today, it is a leading institution for women in Mumbai’s western suburbs, serving over 5,500 students.

Affiliated with SNDT Women’s University and managed by Janseva Samiti, the college offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Arts and Commerce, including postgraduate degrees in Economics, History, Hindi, and M.Com. It also provides professional courses such as BMS, BCA, BA-MM, BAFI, and BAF, along with certificate programs in Interior and Fashion Designing. With an “A” Grade NAAC accreditation, it ensures quality and accessible education.
